Exmouth Rowing Club is a friendly and unique club, which encourages both recreational and competitive rowing.
Rowing is a fantastic form of excerise, which works out every area of the body. As well as working on all-round body strength, it provides a great cardiovascular workout.
Exmouth RC is perfectly suited for all ages, with our youngest members around 13 years old - up to our eldest of 65+.
Predominatly for training sessions, ERC row in stable 220kg Offshore rowing boats, these allow for new members to quickly and easily learn the rowing technique, as well as providing great resistance training. For members wishing to take rowing to the next level, Exmouth RC regularly participate in both River races (Olympic style rowing), and Offshore rowing races.
If you want to come down and give it a try, then come along to our clubhouse behind the Lifeboat Station by the Harbour View Cafe on Exmouth seafront.
Club Hours:
